At Isalos, we pride ourselves on delivering a superior customer experience.We would like to inform you that we are taking all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our guests and staff without changing your onboard experience, but following the government’s and international health organizations’recommendations and approved health protocols.

HEALTH & SAFETY PROCEDURES

In order to prevent the transmission of Covid-19, we recommend that all passengers bring their own towels, diving masks, etc. In any case, we can offer the above if our passengers ask for them, at their own risk. We also inform you that: serving utensils (glasses, dishes, cutlery, etc.) will be disposable, avoiding plastic as much as possible.

Cleanliness of our fleet has always been our main priority. Every vessel will be thoroughly sanitized by our first-class crew members after every trip while frequent disinfection of high touch spaces will be applied during the excursions.

Antiseptic products will be available to use onboardfor our guests. Guests are advised to inform the crew immediately in case they feel sick.
